Introduce your child to the colour and magic of Bollywood dance! Learn dance in an encouraging environment whilst connecting with Indian dance and culture. Suitable for ages 5 – 11.

Summary
In this 8-week course, your child will:
- Learn the basics of Bollywood dance and technique
- Learn a fun Bollywood dance routine
- Dance in an encouraging environment whilst connecting with Indian dance and culture.
- Get weekly practice videos to suport learning outside of class
- Class is geared towards kids aged 5 -11 years of age.
Teacher – Shivesh Modi
Shivesh has been dancing since he was 8 years old and has trained in multiple dance styles including Hip Hop, Bollywood and Bhangra. Shivesh has learnt under numerous renown choreographers including Terence Lewis, Buddha Stretch, Brian Puspos, Kings United, and was also part of Dance India Dance Li’l Masters. Shivesh moved from India to Melbourne in 2023 and has already built a solid reputation by performing, teaching & choreographing across multiple dance studios. Shivesh currently performs with Melbourne’s leading Bollywood group, Sapphire Dance, and we are excited to introduce him as part of our teaching team at Studio J!
